Digital loyalty cards for Brighton businesses

A digital loyalty card does the job of a paper stamp card, but it lives in your customer’s phone instead of their wallet, so it never gets lost or left at home. Leaflet Media in Brighton sets up digital loyalty cards for local businesses across Brighton, Hove and Sussex, from cafes and takeaways to salons, barbers and gyms.

It is one of the small business packages from Leaflet Media. You can see the others on our small business admin help page.

Price: £197 set-up, with optional help at £47 a month. The loyalty card platform is a separate monthly subscription, which we confirm when we quote.

What a digital loyalty card is

Your customers add your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet by scanning a QR code, with no app to download. Each time they visit, you add a stamp or points from your phone or tablet, and when they reach the reward, the card tells them. Because the card sits in their phone, you can also send them messages about offers and rewards.

Types of loyalty card

  • Stamp cards: buy nine coffees, get the tenth free.

  • Points and reward cards: customers collect points and swap them for rewards.

  • Cashback cards: a percentage of each spend comes back as credit.

  • Discount and membership cards: regular customers get a set discount or member benefits.

  • Coupons and gift cards: one-off offers and prepaid gift cards.

What you get

Your loyalty card, designed and set up

We design the card in your colours with your logo, set up the reward that suits your business, and test it on Apple and Google phones before it goes live.

QR codes and an in-store kit

We set up the QR codes customers scan to join, and put the in-store kit in place at your counter or till, so staff and customers know how it works from day one.

Messages to your card holders

You can send free push messages to everyone who holds your card, such as a quiet day offer or a reminder that their reward is close. We set up automatic messages too, for birthdays, rewards and customers you have not seen for a while.

Optional monthly help, £47 a month

If you would rather not run it yourself, we plan and send your messages and go through how the card is performing with you each month.

Get new card holders from your leaflets

Because we also print and deliver leaflets, we can put your loyalty card QR code on your flyers and takeaway menus, with an offer for joining. People who get your leaflet through the door can sign up there and then, and every visit after that is recorded on their card.

Why use a digital loyalty card

  • No more lost or forgotten paper cards, and no stamp cards to print.

  • You can see how many customers have joined and how often they come back.

  • You can contact card holders directly with offers, at no extra cost per message.

  • Customers who return more often spend more with you over the year.

Who it suits

Digital loyalty cards suit any local business with customers who come back: cafes, coffee shops, takeaways, restaurants, bakeries, barbers, hair and nail salons, beauty salons, gyms, car washes and independent shops.
